Very professional and kind staff, like all Tunisian people they enjoy a small joke/talk. Amazing breakfast. Rooms have nice balconys with street view. 24/7 reception.

Very good location in the city centre within a walkable distance to most of the city attractions. The staff was professional and friendly, especially at the restaurant. Good breakfast.

The room was older and smaller compared to the pictures that I saw on Booking.com. The bed was making loud squeaking sounds every time I turned. The walls were very thin, I heard my neighbours like we were in the same room; and they decided to throw a party one night, so I couldn't sleep :(

Nice room and nice staff

Asked for room at front with balcony as I booked it 3months in advance thought I would have got one of the rooms. I ask every time I go am sure they not read special requests. And they have removed the fridge from the rooms

Reception decor very modern & interesting, all staff so friendly & helpful. Location very good, cafes just outside & then a short walk to the souk. Breakfast was more than I expected as well they have a lovely restaurant outside.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous. Excellent location of hotel. It is close to the main attractions, airport, cafes, the tourist office and the train station. The hotel, my room and bathroom were kept spotlessly clean. A great place to stay. Thankyou to everyone.

The pillows could be more comfortable. They are lumpy. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be appreciated.
