The Fairwind Hotel

I didn’t like anything about the hotel. The reception area even smelled like boiled cabbage.

Worst hotel experience in Miami — and I visit monthly. Staff at the front desk were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. We were placed in a room directly with the hotel's own bar/club, where unbelievably loud and horrible music plays all day and night. The walls literally shake from bass — you can't sleep, rest, or work. We asked to move rooms an hour after check-in. They said there were no alternatives and refused to lower the volume. On top of that, we booked a hotel with a rooftop pool - surprise: it was closed with no warning. No refund, no apology.

Great rooms, nice location

Bad service. Waited 6 hours for our rooms. We arrived early with the kids and requested early check in. No attempt was made to accommodate us earlier and we ended up getting our room half an hour late. . Some staff was great others were not.
