It was very good, but we ask to change the bed cover to cotton as we feather allergy, they change it again to feather

The hotel with booking make me pay twice for the room, i reserved one room but the hotel told me there are 2 reservations and in my booking was 1 only i called booking they said you have only one and we will deal with hotel until now i didn’t receive my payment either from booking or hotel.. so i think both are in agreed to take my money

Breakfast was exceptional.A huge selection of fruit, pastries and cooked food. The staff were friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome.

The artwork over the bed touched our heads when in bed. We had to remove it. But that was a pretty minor problem all in all.

The staff was very friendly, the location is perfect, the amenities are very good.

Nothing really that we did not like

Excellent location, very responsive and accommodating staff to every request from restaurant recommendation to loaning us an electrical converter that we forgot.

View from room of an interior light well so kind of dark and window didn’t open so not possible to get any fresh air, but I requested a “quiet” room and it was quiet so perhaps don’t request a quiet room if you want access to light/view. Breakfast was fine but seemed expensive, even for Rome, for what you get so next time I’d pass on the breakfast or maybe order a La Carte.
