The staff was very friendly, the location is perfect, the amenities are very good.

Excellent location, very responsive and accommodating staff to every request from restaurant recommendation to loaning us an electrical converter that we forgot.

View from room of an interior light well so kind of dark and window didn’t open so not possible to get any fresh air, but I requested a “quiet” room and it was quiet so perhaps don’t request a quiet room if you want access to light/view. Breakfast was fine but seemed expensive, even for Rome, for what you get so next time I’d pass on the breakfast or maybe order a La Carte.

Amazing staff with a warm welcome, exceptional location and they gave us a free upgrade to a suite. Dana and Alina were very helpful with suggesting very nice places to eat. Don’t miss out on breakfast!

They need to work on proper refills of Room toiletries (toilet paper, shower gel, etc…)

bad sound proof：the hotel is on the pedestrian street and there are many people passing by even after 12 in the morning. not good location for me ：the hotel is near Spanish steps but it is very hard to find a taxi. The hotel booked a taxi for me but I was late so the taxi driver left. It took almost an hour for me to find a new one. Since I have a flight to catch I was very frustrated. I found a taxi several blocks away from the hotel in the end. If you want to catch a flight after check out it is not the best hotel for you. One of the staff at the front gate is quite rude. He scolded me when I was late for the taxi like I was his staff. Very bad experience. The breakfast was just so so. Just some bread and cereal and eggs. Nothing like what they boast about.
