Loved the location to get to the aquarium!!
THE DOME. Around 2am my daughter and I were awoken by a vibrating room and loud beat and MC guy yelling until 3am. Which was sad because we were so comfortable!
Closeness to arena.
Breakfast wasn’t that good.

My experience at the Signia by Hilton Atlanta was deeply disappointing. I stayed with my family, including a relative with disabilities, expecting a high level of service from a luxury hotel. Unfortunately, the room services and amenities were severely lacking. Our rooms were not cleaned regularly, with trash piling up and towels never being replaced. In one incident, housekeeping used a dirty cloth to wipe down our stained cups and glasses instead of providing clean replacements, despite multiple complaints. The bathtub did not retain water, which made it difficult for my relative to complete their daily routine. The room service was unreliable, and the phone in our room was broken, forcing us to go to the lobby for any requests. Overall, this stay was far below the expected standards, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and accessible experience
location.
Our stay at the Signia by Hilton Atlanta was highly disappointing and far from what we expected from a luxury hotel. The rooms were poorly maintained, with insufficient cleaning and lack of basic amenities. We had multiple issues during our stay: housekeeping failed to replace towels, remove trash, or clean our rooms as needed, even after repeated requests. One particularly upsetting moment was when a member of the cleaning staff used a dirty rag to “clean” our coffee cups instead of replacing them with clean ones. The bathtub in one room couldn’t hold water, making it unusable for my family member with a disability who needed it as part of their hygiene routine. Room service was unreliable, and the room phone was broken, forcing us to go to the lobby repeatedly for assistance. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and disregard for accessibility needs made our experience unpleasant and frustrating.
