No smoking at the pool

Wifi didnt work, food below average, line up for reservations at a la carts, horrible check out experience, some very questionable music at family pool with some lyrics containing f-word.

Nothing I liked about the buffet very old food salads fruits horrible

Dinner at the buffet very bad lots of flyes food very old not fresh salads fruits old and they would change them

The view was nice size of room was nice as well and staff that runs room service is very polite and helpful

The water from the sink was absolutely disgusting. It was brown compared to a fresh clean water bottle. I wanted a king size bed and I got 2 full sized beds. They did not specify that they dont have kings until i got the room and they said they would put the beds together for us twice and never did .. reason I wanted a king is because I have 2 year old daughter that I did not wanna leave sleeping alone. They also said they would send someone to check our water and never did. Also pricing of rooms is a scam. We wanted a top On the 10th floor for an ocean view and noticed others were charged less for what we wanted compared to what we got and on top of that they told my cousin in the phone prior to booking she could bring her coupons and they would work in person but they didnt grant them . A huge disappointment not what I expected after seeing various reviews online.

All the personal was very nice, I. Was there to celebrate my birthday with my best friend, her husband, and daughter. Then my son, my daughter in law an my 3 grandchildren arrived as a surprise, the personal at the registration desk, help him to locate me and surprise me. So at the end it was 10 of us we all liked the facilities, the food, buffet had very good variety, our room, very clean and comfortable, but my favorite place was the adults pool, the infinity pool was awesome.

The entertainment was boring

The one thing was the fact that there was no betting on the bed, and we really didnt notice until it was late. So we slept with a small old blanket and a sheet. There couldve been more attention to detail. I wont go back.
