HonoluluAbsolutely love this place , being here 3 times and want to visit it again in the future! Beautiful, cozy, clean, good food, nice beach, atmosphere, rooms are specious and comfortable , good room service, staff is polite and helpful.
Pillows not comfortable, but it wasn’t ruined our vocation
Although the hotel had a lot of people there, it did not feel crowded at all. Our room was above the dolphin Lagoon and it was fantastic. This is one of the hotels where the room was worth the price we paid. We are looking forward to coming back
There was nothing that I did not like.
Location was great. The hotel needs renovation, carpets in some areas, my room and some public areas is dirty and old, and paint finishes in the bathroom where cracked and woodwork broken. The curtains were falling off the wall in my room. My daughter’s room had recently been renovated, and was in perfect shape, although the who demure of the hotel is old style. I loved the dolphins, but this too is very old style, Sea Worldish, captive. I am not saying they are mistreated, but they should be free. Everything in Hawaii is overpriced, and the tourist pay it all.
Restaurant buffet, again, outdated, old style Hawaiian. Birds were always on the tables, and not much done to discourage it, which I found unsanitary.
The property is a lovely property outside of the bustle of Waikiki. The property offers free, shuttle service to Waikiki. Wonderful dolphin lagoons on property.
Food service and bar service was wanting. We tried to get pastries at 10 AM at their pastry shop and they were sold out. One evening there was no bar to be found that was open, dinner reservations are difficult to attain. If you're a foodie this is not the place for you.
