The proximity to the beach and shopping areas is spectacular. The food in the pool area was very well made and fresh as well as the cocktails.
I wish the staff knew a little more about the activities- they weren’t able to give me more info when I asked. The room also smelled a bit moldy but was clean. The pool area had a big cast most of the day due to the building covering the sun.
The location was great and view was amazing! The Manager was extremely helpful. The pool, pool deck area was great with comfy lounges and entertainment each night was outstanding!
The gym had no cardio equipment. No cross trainer or even treadmill. No cable machine.
We had an ocean view room which was comfortable. The pool/hot tub area was very nice. The gym was large and well equipped.
They advertise that they have a pickleball court which is not true. They expected you to play pickleball on the tennis court and seemed to think that was acceptable. Apparently they are not aware that a pickleball court has a lower net and is lined differently than a tennis court. Bottom line if you are booking a hotel for the sole purpose of playing pickleball you should avoid this hotel.
They literally overcharged us and made us pay a smoking fee when we did not smoke in the room or on the balcony and I tried to tell the management and they said we vaped which we did not and charged us $800 more than we should, they are scammers
The worst hotel experience of my life – and a complete disgrace. I was 7 months pregnant when I checked into this so-called “5-star” hotel. What I got was mold. In not one, not two — but three different rooms. The air was toxic. The smell unbearable. I woke up sick, coughing, and unwell on my birthday, during what was supposed to be my honeymoon and babymoon. Despite the horrifying conditions, I was promised a full refund by both the hotel manager and a Booking.com representative. That was weeks ago. I still haven’t received my money. Since then? Ignored. Lied to. Disrespected. I’ve called multiple times — no response. This hotel took my money, ruined my trip, and put my health — and my unborn child — at risk. I will never forgive this experience. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.
