Location and hotel amenities for families are great

The AC in the room broke twice during our short stay which was rough to deal with due to having a 6 week old baby.

Love the old mexico feeling of this hotel. Love not being in a high rise building. Love the pool on the side by the pickleball courts- they are tearing it down sadly.love the hot tubs and heated pool temperature.liked included breakfast overlooks beach

The elevator going to rooms in 4250 section is really bumpy and "rickety". There is no pool bar But there is drink service at pool.

The outside door locked?

Hotel made us pay extra $100 at check in. Gave us wrong room. Staff didnt want to help us at all. Room on 3rd floor, no lift & nobody to help with our bags. Frustrating. Once checked in, other staff were kind. Workers in the store onsite were

Good location, it has everything so you dont have to leave the hotel

It needs to be renovated, furniture is old and stained
