The room was a cozy king, but what would you expect right in the heart of a happening district Very clean. Very well updated. Super nice location to walk around Greenwich village, SoHo, China town, little Italy, and beyond.
I pretty much liked it. Nothing bad to say
Good communal facilities and location
Rooms were so small - it was a joke.
Good location.
My personal item disappeared while cleaning the room. The staff wasnt helpful and at first they thought there was nothing they could do about it. I eventually managed to recover the lost item, but only through my own intervention. Additionally, the hotel wanted to collect a deposit of as much as USD 500 (the booking information states USD 199).
The hotel was well located & stylish. Modern amenities and very clean. Most of the staff were very polite.
The heat didn't really work at all during my visit, and it went into the 30s outside at night. I had to call the front desk about 4 times to get any relief. They offered to bring me a space heater and instead brought me a kettle, then a fan, then eventually they brought a weak space heater after 3 calls. The shower flooded the room while waiting for the water to heat up (it was fully enclosed so I guess it just wasn't sealed properly?) I really wanted to enjoy my stay, but I didn't.
location, blue bottle on site, lots of seating in lobby. efficient use of small space. Steamer included. Nice bar and restaurant. Lots to offer for being so boutique. Bed was comfortable.
There was an odd situation when I arrived, had to wait 15 mins and was told to sit down and there was an issue and they had to get the manager. I was worried we had no room as they asked me twice if I had already been to the room ( I clearly had not). Everything ended up fine and the manager said there was a system issue, but it was just very strange and uncomfortable that I was not given info. Rooms are small, but expected. Not super loud street noise, but you can hear the hallways. Room is dark, but it is a place to crash.
