Great location and a wonderful cafe and restaurant within the hotel. Nice gym. Comfortable bed and friendly staff. We had a room for the disabled, so we can't complain about the size, on the contrary, the room was very spacious.
The windows are a nightmare, absolutely no seals and it's like sleeping on the street. You can hear absolutely everything from outside. This was our second hotel during our stay and it can’t be compared to the previous experience where the hotel was, even though it was in the very center, completely quiet. The staff was a little confused, longer wait at check-in and after entering the room we met a cleaning lady resting there. About 30 minutes after our arrival, another guest entered our room, who was sent to the same room. Nothing unusual according to the reviews.
