The location and size of room was amazing

A little expensive

The majority of staff was nice. The cafe was decent.

Upon arrival we were told we were “upgraded”, which in most cases is a good thing. However, we were not told that the next day there was going to be active remodel work being done outside our room with carped and padding being ripped off. Beside the fact that it was dusty and dirty, we had to push our way in and out of our room because our room AND the fire door were blocked because of the bundled up carpet. I understand the need to update the furnishings, the hotel badly needs it, but I felt it was highly irresponsible to be assigned a room where we had difficulty entering and exiting.

Great location and lovely property, helped that we were upgraded to the penthouse suite.

Was quite expensive but not compared to the balmoral.

the room wasnt cleaned well, the cleaners were constantly banging and noisy outside our room didnt find the staff very helpful, I booked a taxi for our departure and confirmed it 3 times as it was 4am in themorning and when I went down to check out it hadnt been done even thogh I double checked

Very grand hotel, room was absolutely stunning. Perfect central location, walking distance to all of the attractions.

Room was clean although upon entering bugs in shower that I had to clean near drain

Hotel is very dated in carpeting on hotel floors and elevator. Outside hotel is not clean Walls had plumbing noises from upstairs that awoke us at night

Very comfortable room

Perfect location! Near the train station, and near walkable sightseeing locations and restaurants
