Location
Beds are very uncomfortable, our room was dirty and needs remodeling.
The location is excellent. The view to Canadian falls is even better than what looks like in pictures
Long wait for the elevators. Parking is unreasonably expensive.
Our stay was amazing!
The view was good even for having a room on the "wrong" side of the hotel. We could still see the American Falls, them lit up at night, and a great view of the fireworks each night.
The cost to park at the hotel ($75 per day) was ridiculous. The offsite parking was $35 per day and we never saw a shuttle to take us to the lot.
