Location close to reaturants and bus station to NY

Walls apparently made of cardboard, you cam hear people in next room as if they live with you in your room. Breakfast was so poor and not as clean as I would like to see. The only reason why I decided to continue there was the location and the nice staff.

The location is great as the bus stop with the bus straight to NY is right across the street from the hotel and only takes approx. 20 minutes to get to the city. The breakfast was also really good with a wide variety of food.

The elevators could use a bit of upkeep. They were quite slow and oldfashioned compared to the hotel.

Breakfast: Though typical but better and fresher than in similar properties. Coffee and tea avalaible all the time.Breakfest area clean. Beds: Clean and comfy. Location: Close to bus stop which takes you to Port Authority Terminal in NYC via Lincoln Tunnel after rush hours in up to 20 minutes. Rush hours time is undefined. Parking: Free

Hotel is not cheap so few things should be kept up to minimum standards. Arrived early so made check in and was told just to get keys later. At the evening another person at the desk tries to check me in again and charge again $50 security deposit. Takes a while to sort things out, and should be easy. I stayed 5 nights. Rooms in this hotel are cleaned apparently every 3 nights. However it did not happen at all in my case. Receptionist upon check out tried to explain that I should display a request on the door but no such instructions or tags were provided before. I was informed that I can ask for clean towels and extra coffe supply or shampoo at the reception desk but when I made the request twice nothing was delivered to the room and I had to pick it up myself. People behind the desk are nice but uneffective. Room: Generally clean but under the bed what is unfortunatelly typical. Bathtub sink not draining properly. Fixed myself (yuck !) otherwise it would never happen. One chair only. Broken electrical shades apperently in many rooms.

The staff is extremely helpful and very pleasant. Quiet rooms. Great location.

Decent breakfast, busy but extra room provided. Nice room.

No wifi in the room, only in the reception
