BostonConvenient. The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean. The food in the Oak bar was good.
The room was lovely, and bed was comfortable and the location amazing. my daily trips to Tatte were awesome. location to the shops perfect.
The door lock to my room seemed to have been tampered with and it should be changed. Also, my room did not have a fridge and when I enquired, I was told it was upon request which I found strange for the type of room and hotel. I did request for one and that was never delivered.
Awesome location. Bedroom was a good size , very clean and my queen bed was very Comfortable. Loved the restaurant, Breakfast was really good and the bar was great for a nightcap.
there is no better place to stay for the Boston Marathon and the resident dog Cori is adorable. Very comfy rooms, great staff.
Rooms need some upgrading especially USBs and charging points also for international travellers.
Center of Boston. Close to everywhere.
Moldy smell in room. No fridge, no microwave. Valet charged us $90 for parking overnight (we ended up parking in the neighbor parking lot for $45 overnight), and he was very rude when talking with us (mocking me for asking the price first then made comments when I left). Doorman never helped open the door for us no matter how many bags and luggages we carried, but always opened door for people behind us (we stayed 3 days 2 nights and it happened 3 times) we are a people of color in case that matters. Don’t really care about all the aforementioned stuff but it would be a great place if the room didn’t smell moldy.
