Antico Hotel Moderno

Very nice, staff were friendly, they reccomend us pizzeria near by the hotel, we arrange with them also for earlier breakfast, which was very good. We left car on the street, no problem.

Hazardous car parking in nearby streets. No lift in the hotel.

We could enter our room by midday - it had just been cleaned - so helpful.. Breakfast a lovely surprise and better than described on booking - also beautifully served in a verandah enclosed restaurant, light, airy. Direct train to Florence 5 mins away

Very clean, quiet and lovely staff, its located next to the train station and center of the town so everything is very easy accessible.

It was quite expensive for the simpleness of room, we were asked to pay extra when requesting the towel swans (as in the photos) being the last day of our honeymoon. Breakfast was mainly sweets as regularly in Italy, the very few savory part felt cheap out of the package and not well made. As people from the Northern Europe we were disappointed.

A very 'acceptable' place. Not great, not awful. We picked it because it was cheap and close to the main station.

Rooms are ancient and have very uncomfortable beds.

Good points of this hotel are few: 1) Good location - close to village center, stores and cafe 2) Clear room interior 3) Friendly personell willing to help

Areas for improvement: 1) Price is too high for provided level of service 2) Hotel rooms needs renovation 3) Breakfast - personel gives ALL food to you by demand - even if you want a glass of water you have to ask about it. This approach is humilating. You will not loose much money making a buffet 4) Breakfast - has poor set of dishes 5) NO check-in and check-out at night - if you want to leave early that will be a problem.
