The breakfast was quite good, other than that a horrible experience

We rented a standard twin room in a 4 star hotel, in exchange we received a room in an annex building some 300 m away. The entrance of this building looked nothing like a 4 star hotel, more like a beat-up student dorm. The room has very old furniture with lots of dents and exfoliated in parts (photos attached), horrible linoleum floor. I went to the reception to change the room and the receptionst just told me she is sorry, but there are no rooms in the main building and that this is the type of room I rented. I also told them at check out that it was a horrible experience and they just said: oh, you stayed in the other building, sorry. They don't deserve their rating, I don't know how the rooms in the main building look like, but based in the annex 2 stars is more than enough.

Its close to the ski slopes. The buses stop right in front of it. We were there at a particularly cold time of -30 for almost week and it was always very warm even with the radiator halfway. Sauna is an amazing thing to have in your room when its that cold outside and you need warming up later. Shower pressure really good. Breakfast was included and a really big choice from buffet! All in all you can tell that they have figured out how to give people what they need. Everything is thought through. Plenty of storage, even a cupboard in the bathroom that dries your wet clothes.

The shower floor is incredibly bad, the water flows everywhere. Microwave smelled a bit bad. Should give an option to have a double bed, instead of two singles together that move very easily.

Location is great, close to everything you need in Levi. Aurora from the Balcony !!!!

The sauna area can be improved and overall conditions of the hotel are a bit outdated. Perfect for large groups of tourists or organized tours, maybe less for experienced travelers.

Great hotel. Stayed here many times... but room a long trek everytime and no Internet at all
