I selected this hotel solely based on the close proximity to my cousin's bridal shower, but I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The rooms are gorgeous, the pool is surrounded by stunning city views, and very single staff member went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I had my 3 year old twin girls with me on this trip, and from the moment we arrived, they were treated like absolute royalty as well. They made quick friends with the doorman, who gave them high-fives and goody bags every time we walked into the hotel. At one point, I also ran down to the front desk at one point and asked if they had any extra notepads for my girls to color on. The person at the front desk couldn't find any, but said he'd be happy to have someone run up with one shortly. Before I knew it, someone was knocking on our door with a large notepad, coloring books and crayons. I was BLOWN AWAY! After a few nights at this hotel, my girls were asking if we could move there. I told them that we sadly had to go back home to Atlanta, but we will most definitely be back the next time we come to Chicago!
I truly can't think of one negative thing to say about this hotel. It's a little bit on the pricy side, but so, so worth it if you can swing it!
It was noisy with traffic
