1st i cleaned small hair off toilet not a big deal, then dry urine on toilet seat, i told Karen at front desk. She said she would tell cleaning manager. After everything was unpacked put away I went out. At night when I went to go to bed I found, bugs and blood in the bed and pillow. I immediately called front desk who said I have no rooms. VISH, I think was his name. He came up threw the pillow and said these are not bed bugs. I could not sleep with blood and bugs in my bed. He was so rude. Would not even help me carry my bag over the threshold of the door. I'm 59 alone, across the country approximately midnight. I now have to find a room elsewhere, he was yelling at booking.com on the phone who was trying to help me. He humiliated me in front of another customer in lobby as my bags were falling all over hoping no bugs were in my suitcase or clothes. I specifically picked Hampton Inn because I know I'll get a clean room great service, breakfast, this was horrible in every way. This is a very upscale town and I can't imagine how this treatment is allowed. Shame on this guy for trading customers like this.

The front desk staff was so kind and helpful, nice to be welcomed by someone do pleasant. The breakfast was very tasty, clean area and had a good variety!

Front desk was less than expected. Problems with reservation and I was on my own. Soap and shampoo was depleted in room.

It is close to stores and down town. Good room service.

There is a long wait for breakfast, staff can't seam to keep up. Not as updated as the other Hampton Inn we stayed at.

Location is great. There is a Target within walking distance. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

The room was a little on the small side. The bathroom counter was small.

The location was great. The staff texted us a few times during our stay to make sure everything was good.

Breakfast was 6:30 to 9. However, it wasn't served until 8 to of the mornings that we were there.
