Room service was slow we ended up canceling

The place of this resort is breathtaking, so the views are indeed spectacular. We also enjoyed many different saunas in the SPA and massages were also great. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The whole place is very outdated. The restaurant experience was very disappointing as the food was very generic and taste combinations were off point (talking about breakfast and dinner dinning). There were too few healthy food options to choose for breakfast and you were limited to a single dish. As my omelet was too greasy, I ended up with no breakfast at all. I was hoping for dinner to be better, but it was not. We were also disappointed by the pool area. Even though infinity pool had great views, but the water was seriously too hot. You felt like sitting in a cup of tea all the time and there was no colder pool to choose and take time to swim around inside. Too expensive and limited for quality SPA experience.

Breakfast ordinary compared to evenings. Lack of pool lounges, expensive pedicure polish never set had to remove days later.

The scenery is incredible from this resort. Amenities are very nice, food was good and hiking trails were easily accessible. Also enjoyed the complimentary valet services.

Because we are early risers, would have liked to see the gym open before 7 am.
