Location
Room was extremely small, staff was unfriendly, parking was nearly impossible, price quickly elevated to extreme especially for the quality of accommodations. We?ve had more room on a cruise ship. Shower was small 3ft square. Breakfast from 7-9 was late
wine and cheese happy hour. Staff was helpful with our luggage. Breakfast was ok.
we were on the 2nd floor stairs were very step and alot of them. Had to pay for parking. Understandable due to its location.
Location. I could walk to the north side of the island in 25 minutes or less.
I tried to email management first.. but I had black stains on my sheets and pillows, the floor was sunken in by the entry, I had mold black mold growing on the baseboard next to the shower.
It was a last minute reservation but it all worked out
Room definitely needs update. Bathroom for sure. But otherwise great

the hospitality manager was EXCELLENT and friendly. She made the whole experience. Location was great and breakfast/happy hour were both nice and appreciated.
Room was a little small - but we only stayed a night so it was ok. Shower is also small, hard to turn around in it or to shave your legs
Really great location at the quieter end of Duval, near the southernmost point monument, several beaches, lots of charm and character in the hotel, one of the more affordable options in Key West. Very spacious rooms, comfortable.
I didn't mind, but people should know the building is very old so there are things that are a little wonky, floors aren't quiet level, etc.
