Needed a room from the night. Pictures looked decent. Upon walking in the room I noticed the bedding on the floor. This was enough to make me leave. But as I looked around. The entire bed was missing. The box spring only in the room. Definitely enough to not wanna stay here. On exiting the room I noticed the entire window was missing. The whole sliding section was missing. Second floor room. I will be refunded. Nothing like a 13 hour drive and not having a room to stay in.
Costumer service is great location is good
The pool is covered, but it has too much chlorine and no ventilation. It's practically impossible to be there. Windows and doors are closed. I don't think it's safe for anyone.
Conveniently located just off the highway.
There was hair on the floor, and the toilet seat looked old and scratched, which made it seem dirty. Also, I found it a bit inconvenient that there was no ventilation fan in the bathroom. I went to the front desk to ask for an extra towel, but they said they didn’t have any. At breakfast, the coffee pot was empty, so I informed the young woman at the front desk. She seemed a bit displeased, though she did make a new batch of coffee. However, she didn’t finish the process—she left without putting the lid on or placing the pot back on the coffee station, so we had to do it ourselves. The mattress was not very comfortable due to sagging and creaky springs.
