Nothing, the room air conditioning was noisy, the pool chairs were dirty, and the surroundings were full of plants and bugs, on the beach you have to pay separately for an umbrella, according to what they told me it was part of the hotel, in short a very bad experience, all a fake, it's not 4 stars, it should be 2, everything was horrible

The lobby air freshener.

Parking waiting, ignored, overcharged by $220 on Parking fees for me and 1 more. Pool small and a long walk, crowded, loud lobby, nothing as advertised, restaurant far from pool and also crowded. No breakfast available until after 11 am, makes no sense, coffee available until noon only. Not a Resort experience at all. Not even vacation music. This place is a joke.
