Very good breakfast with delicious coffee, nice kindly staff. Good location.

+ clean and large rooms, the bed was very comfy + the location is perfect, 5 mins away from the subway station with connections to the main city areas + reasonably priced

- maybe the hotel could add something to the free toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo etc.) - breakfast was good, but maybe it would be nice to have more options for vegetarians

The breakfast was good. There are a lot of sweet products. I booked a single room, but it was big. The room was clean. The hotel location is good. It is a short distance from two metro stations, from which you can reach the city center in a few minutes.

The building of the hotel is pretty old. They should renew the window frame and the bathroom. The staff was kind but not efficient during the breakfast. I had to call them to have a hot drink. The price was a bit too high for the quality of the hotel, but there was Salone del Libro.

It was a 10-15 minute cab journey from Piazza Castello. The room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was simple but nice. Staff are very friendly.

The room was quite tired. The toilet door handle fell apart, the shower leaked across the floor, toilet flusher was hanging off the wall
