I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crockfords Resort at Resorts World, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional service that set the tone for the entire experience. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that every need was met promptly. The apartment was absolutely stunning, with a luxurious design and state-of-the-art amenities. It was spacious, beautifully furnished, and impeccably clean. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as high-end toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen. I loved the whole experience and can’t wait to return!
The hotel is very nice. The Crockfords lobby is gorgeous. The room view from our 62nd floor was amazing. The room itself was very nice. The bathroom is nice, with a good shower. the robes were very comfy. good lighting and mirrors. The beds are very comfortable. The sky bar on the 66th floor was stunning. We enjoyed several of the restaurants and bars. Love the food court options that was a nice thing when on a schedule.
So, one thing that was quite off putting was the "free play" given in the casino. That system is a disaster and you can tell it's meant to frustrate the guests so they just abandon trying to use it. The cashiers where you get the cards do not give proper instructions and I had to go back to them 5 times due to card issues with both of our cards. Each time they would give one more piece of info (such as OH you cannot play any of the jackpot slots, or you have to put money in first to activate it, or one time it was you have to put more money if it isn't giving you the option to load the money, or one time I see no play on your card (when I had pumped money in while the card was in and still couldn't load the free $25). This just seemed so juvenile for a high end hotel/casino to frustrate the guests with this nonsense. No other casino has these issues or craziness with their free play card functionality and their staff are all extremely helpful. I feel Resorts World failed miserably in this area. The other thing that I just found interesting considering we were at the Bellagio at this exact same time last year for our wedding anniversary and they went all out to recognize our celebration with a bottle of champagne and even upgraded us to one of the 2000sf suites directly center overlooking the fountains. While that was a fabulous surprise, obviously that isn't expected. However, this year, we were celebrating two friends birthdays that we were meeting there and our wedding anniversary and we were just surprised there was no acknowledgement whatsoever even though it was also mentioned at booking as the booking info asks if you are celebrating anything. I found it even more ironic that the manager checking us in (super nice and pleasant), but he went on and on about loving love and how he was a wedding planner etc and yet still nothing, At this price point, it goes a long way to acknowledge these celebrations of your guests. It is...
Front Desk was friendly, courteous, and professional. Made me feel welcomed. Always 5-Star service from Valet to Room Service.
Would have loved to stay an extra day. Would be nice if locals got a comp day every once in a while.
Very well kept and great staff. Room was spacious.
