Great location. Just a few mins walk from the train station.

We booked 2 connecting rooms online and we got what was promised. However, one of the rooms had a ridiculously narrow half-width door which is barely enough for a large luggage to fit through or for one to walk through. One wouldve thought its a services room or storage. Moreover, the AC in that room is broken. The room is clearly stuffier(not comfortable warm)than outside and the next room We called the front desk and they argued that it was the AC system in Europe during winter and brought us a fan. However, the other room was totally fine with cool air coming out from the AC. We told the staff, and they came with another fan! Telling us that they could bring more fans if we wanted! They even brought a thermometer trying to prove the temperature were the same; however, we caught them cheating by measuring the ceiling light in the cooler room ! They never admitted that there was a technical issue with the AC (which obviously was!), and said theres nth more they couldve done. If we had to complain, we would need to wait until the next morning and talk to his manager! And he slammed the door when he left! This is a 4 star hotel, which I didnt expect to have such experience. If you have the money, book somewhere else.

Over priced

Unbeatable location. Cross the street and you're at the main train station, which is 7 minutes from the airport. Nice hotel, great price, walking distance from shopping and restaurants. Has a beautiful bar for drinks/ nightcap.

Bathroom is tight for 2 people (good for one though). The room we got was called "penthouse" in English, the term is a bit misleading, it's a top floor room with a beautiful balcony but I wouldn't call it a "penthouse". But overall a positive experience

Excellent service, very good breakfast and close to main touristic points

Location close to the train station makes it very convenient. Service is quite good as both reception and concierge managed to help us on a variety of stuff.
