Staff amazing, delicious dinner in the restaurant, great selection of wine. Toiletries available in the room just wondering. Super comfy bed. Clean. Will book again for next shopping trip x

Staff does not knock before entering the room for cleaning. I extended my stay and My room was changed when I was told I can stay in the same room. Ordered food and it was cold. Ask to reheat and they refused.
the reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, making suggestions about travel arrangements, bookings cost effective taxis, asking if wanted our luggage stored, very pleasant. We ate at the hotel and the food was delicious. We booked this hotel for location to the ABBA venue.
