Poor house keeping, fark rooms, small wardrobe, lack of heating, uncomfortable bed, noisy rooms, irresponsible management, unavailable lifts

The location was excellent; very close to the tourist landmarks and easy access to public transport. A lot of great value restaurants, within close proximity of the hotel .

The phone is almost never answered. Need to dial twice and await long before someone answers. The room was somewhat clean; wouldnt say spotless or excellent.

Location and snacks at reception.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable.

It seems it has deteriorated from our 2018 visit. Less staff. There was construction on our floor on the 2nd and it smelled like paints/ chemicals and since there was less people in reception, no one to assist with lugagges when we checked in and we had to drag all our luggages to this carpet with construction tape causing more friction and makes the luggage heavier to move. There was no shower bidet. Maybe it isnt an industry standard here. Very inconvenient. The entire toilet was black tiled and very dimly lit. No light on the shower so you cant see anything.

Location was super. The hotel is clean and airy. Staff are so helpful and nothing is a problem
