The Chicken Caesar Salad was one of the best I’ve ever had. It was sublime!

I like the Sofitel - it’s always a great location and quality amenities
I don’t like the check in process. Always have my name wrong on checkin and can never find my booking. They then always want a physical card which I don’t carry anymore. I then ask them to use my card on the other rooms booked as it’s not reasonable for staff travelling to provide cc details but this is always ignored and turns into a drama. It’s annoying
