The hotel and the room exceeded my expectations. I was anticipating a hostel vibe, but it was much better than that. The check-in process was easy and digital, and the team quickly responded to any questions I had on WhatsApp. The room's area isn't noisy, and the overall facilities are friendly and clean.
It is not a huge issue, but I've noticed a few things in the girls' bathroom that would be nice to be improved. For instance, the bag holder on the back door is positioned too low, and I often bump my head (though I might be a bit clumsy!). Also, in the mornings, it's common to find a shortage of toilet paper and hand towels. Another thing that bugs me is paying around €2.50 for hot water to make tea.
I LOVED the bed. It was possibly the most comfortable thing I’ve ever slept on. Wish I knew what it was as I would be getting one for myself! Also the lights were lovely and cosy in the night. I also mainly loved the staff everyone went above and beyond to talk to me and help me. Also very close to tram stop and a super market
The toilets were shut for maintenance which was annoying and it is definitely more expensive than hostels in the area. Was quite far out of the main city.
Practical, not too expensive, good staff and good facilities.
