The location was nice.

Lights in the bathroom wasn't working when we arrived at the hotel, we need to go to the reception because they don't have a phone in the room that you can call. The TV apparently is audio only, you can't watch even the local channels. The support for the hair dryer felt after 5min of use. There's no ac in the rooms or it was not working, we couldn't sleep until 4AM because of the heat, we had problems with mosquitoes. The lady in the reception during the night couldn't help us with ice or a wine opener. The breakfast was awful, not that many options of food, we arrived at 9:55AM and it was half empty already, when asked the girl working, if she would replace the scrambled eggs, the answer was that they didn't have anymore, and it was 1 hour before closing the breakfast. The tables weren't clean after guests leaving, you need to try your luck and find a clean one. The juice machine releases only water and the orange juice that is served tastes only sugar and water, like that cheap juice powder. The coffee machine serve a really watered coffee and a chocolate cappuccino, even when they have their own coffee shop at the building.

Personas changed our room asap. And location was amazing.

First room was awful, the photos do not convey how old and smoky it is, even the fire safety sensor is covered with a sock on the ceiling Thank God the staff changed the room to another one. It was a room for people with disabilities, specific beds and a shower that flows onto the floor throughout the bathroom. , but at least it will be clean and not smoked by cigarettes

Parking was an issue. Also the restaurant on site was not open very often l. No air con or extra facilities

The rooms are old and not cleaned well. There was a lot of insects in the room and it smelled really bad.

The staff were phenomenal and the location is a literal dream come true.

The pool was closed for maintenance.
