The location was great. Quiet and clean.
Fabulous location and swimming pool. So nice to be able to walk to the Palm Springs main strip from the hotel and not have to worry about driving or parking. Great size pool and loved the cabanas.
The lock box doors were a bit tricky to get into and had to get a new code but was easily resolved.
Location is great, and the room was decent sized and clean. They have recently done a complete remodel, and everything looks good, though pretty basic. The gym was good and had a Peloton bike and rower. The staff at the property were all very nice, and there's a great Vietnamese restaurant right across the parking lot.
Two concerns: 1) they don't have their act together. Every day I received a confirmation email saying they are looking forward to my arrival (every day of my stay). They sent text after text after text asking me to register online before I arrived, and I did so, but when I got there, they had no record of that. I also received a text 6 hours before I arrived asking me if I'd like to have my room cleaned?? 2) They have hot water problems. We were there over Labor Day weekend, and on Labor Day morning, there was plenty of hot water. But the next three days, after most of the guests had left to go back home, there was almost no hot water. One day it was luke warm, one day no hot water at all, and the last day it took 12 minutes of running the shower for there to be some luke warm water. We asked them about it, and they said that they had someone working on the boiler, and they must have forgotten to turn it back on. My guess is that because there were only a handful of us staying there after Labor Day, they probably turned down or off the hot water at night to save money. If they would fix the hot water problem, then it would be a decent place to stay.
Its location & facilities were very good
A very noisy air conditioner & with 44 degrees heat we could manage the noise during the day but couldn’t sleep at night with it on
