Dead Cockroaches in our room, keys didn’t work daily having to get them rekeyed, some staff (not all) was rude

The pool could of been taken better care of . No one ever cleaned it . Patio furniture was never set up .
I didn’t like that it was dirty. And there was mold by the window and in the shower. Especially having 2 little ones. I went based off the other reviews. Definitely disappointed but, it was too late to find another hotel.
The staff at the front desk were cery friendly
The room was on the 1st floor at the front of the hall and it was extremely loud every day. The mattress was a joke. It was reminiscent of the old spring mattresses. There wasn’t service for the room daily. Covid is over, it’s past time this hotel and all the others start having daily service again. We didn’t try the free continental breakfast nor the pool or gym.
