The stay itself was fine, but unfortunately, I’ve had a very frustrating experience trying to obtain an invoice, which I urgently need for my travel insurance claim. I contacted the property multiple times through Booking.com and via personal email. At first, I received a message saying the invoice had been sent, but I never received it. I suspect they used the wrong email address, so I followed up with the correct one and requested to add an adresss — but this message was completely ignored. I also tried reaching out directly to the front desk using the email address I found online, but again, I received no response. It’s been days, and I still haven’t gotten the invoice. This lack of communication and follow-up is very disappointing, especially since this document is important for post-travel matters.
Convenience to Airport.
Invoice didn't come through via email & when I checked out there wasn't any headed paper to print a copy. After emailing for a further copy I didn't receive any response.
