Location was great and felt safe. The outdoor pool
I was never told or given any information on the wifi. One of the front desk members working late Friday night was not friendly at ALL. My room had a musty smell to it and the bathroom floor didn’t look clean, like it still had hair on it. There were a few other things I wasn’t pleased about for the price that we paid.
It was very great stay ! Rooms very clean. We were close to everything we wanted to do .
Not enough parking spaces .

Cancelled my reservation because my card declined before it was even close to check in time! I called to let them know I’d be late and the lady told me and i informed her I would be paying with a debit card not the credit card she had. Never has a property tried to charge my card before I even arrived ( I understand if I wasn’t there at check in but it was 1-2 pm and check in was at 4pm.)So she got my new card information and didn’t even ask for my security code, I had to remind her she would need that. Put me on hold for 10 minutes or so and said okay and hung up. I was never told how much the security deposit was and I still don’t know but of course they charged my card for it and I still can’t tell how much other was. When we got to the hotel after a very long day, the nice man working told me please don’t be mad ( not his fault so of course I wasn’t mad at him ) but my room was canceled and I was booked another hotel down the road. The lady absolutely should have told me this on the phone earlier instead of me wasting time going to the wrong hotel with all our things and getting back in the car to just try to get to the other one to go to sleep! She had my phone number because the first time I called she knew it was me without even asking a name or any information and she later asked me my number and repeated it to me. I would have just drove home if I’d known this was happening! This is absolutely ridiculous and someone needs to find a better way to run a business. Absolute waste of money! Horrible customer service! Horrible communication
