More prompt room housekeeping services would be appreciated Next to the road, therefore in the night if you are a light sleeper, there may be some traffic noises

The bar, lobby and lounges were beautiful and comfy. The curating of each room was exceptional. Love the attention to detail. The bar tender at the lobby bar was super friendly and made us a great cocktail. The valet was also super helpful and friendly. Loved the staff.

Staff was exceptional and place looked amazing

Valet. Had to pay $75 a night for valet all to have to wait 30+ minutes at checkout for our car to be returned and we had to walk back and go get it ourselves because the valet staff didn’t know how to drive manual. Very disappointed in that.

Location, facilities, staff helpfulness/professional approach

Signage at street does not invite checking in to the hotel. It speaks instead to serving only taxis, etc. Once I did park valet was quick to explain and I was able to check in easily.

Drinks and app at Shelby roof top was great! A little too expensive.. but great view and good food and drinks. Bfast at Bean bar was pretty bad. The food was not even McDonald's level. Frozen and reheated pre-prepared sandwiches were cold and had to be returned for reheating. They were overwhelmed, understaffed. Coffee order was not done the way I requested it. NEEDS IMPROVEMENTS

Beautiful facility, with very welcoming staff. Accommodations were excellent, and staff was very accommodating. The attention to the smallest details in our room and around the hotel were a pleasant surprise. We will definitely book again.
