The pool area was clean, beautiful and relaxing
The stay has been good overall, but I do have several concerns about the condition of the room. Upon arrival, the room was very dusty, which triggered my allergies. The bathroom was also quite dirty—there were multiple hairs on the countertop, noticeable stains, and the shower itself was unclean with more hair present. Additionally, the sink was not draining properly, causing water to accumulate. Another frustrating issue was the lack of basic supplies. There was no extra toilet paper or napkins in the bathroom, and I had to call reception around midnight just to request toilet paper. Lastly, there has been ongoing construction from early in the morning, which made it difficult to rest. I was awake very early due to the loud construction noise, which significantly disrupted my sleep. Given the condition of the room and the inconvenience caused, I feel the price I paid does not reflect the level of comfort and cleanliness one would expect. It felt more like I paid for discomfort.
Booking.com disclosed a $38 per day resort fee and I was charged $40 per day resort fee. I would like a refund of the difference. There was not disclosure about this rate being subject to change.
Table arrangement is quite inconvenient. No flat surface for ironing clothes
Nice, large room with an enormous television. The room was quiet even though we were facing the freeway in the closest building to the freeway. The cleaning staff did an excellent job.
When I booked the room, I didn't read the fine print well enough to see that there are substantial resort and parking fees. I had an email that said the fees were $42 and $38 respectively, but I was charged $45 and $40 because the rates had gone up in the interim. I know the difference isn't a lot of money, but it annoys me that they would not honor the original rate. I'm not really sure what the resort fee is for. There are additional fees from just about everything the resort offers - spa and pickleball, for sure. Speaking of which, the pickleball courts are nothing to write home about either.

There wasn’t many healthy choices on the bar menu. The fish tacos are deep fried. The pool menu could also use a boost of more healthier choices. We order chicken strips and fries- we had to ask for more sauces and salt for the fries. ( no big deal- but took a long time).
