As always, comfortable rooms.

Not staffs fault but when they designed the showers, they did a lousy job. It's situated on an angle. Also, shower head is on the side of the curtain so the water bounces on you back and on the floor. Showerheads need to be replaced. They sprays put from all angles.

Nothing, it was disgraceful

Everything. Strange people everywhere air conditioner didn’t work (in the middle of a heat wave might I add)the place that roaches no ice machine. The pool was green. The TV didn’t work.

Pool was green pool furniture broken ,room was dirty with roaches egg sack and towels were dingy we didn't even stay would actually like to be refunded but I figure we will just have to eat that cost!!!!!

the housekeeping staff was very kind

1. extremely unclean 2. there were only 2 outlets in the whole room. 1 didnt work and the other one had the TV plugged in 3. the bathroom and toilet was disgusting upon arrival, there was fecal matter inside the toilet 4. room REEKED of cigarette smoke 5. toilet paper was 1 ply and we were only given 1 1/2 rolls for a 4 day stay. when we asked for more, the front desk lady was extremely rude about it 6. we got a room with 2 double beds so it could theoretically sleep 4 people at a time. there was only ONE bath towel provided. when asked for more, we were told they were "out for the night" and when we asked if they could bring one by in the morning, they said we'll see (we never got another one so I had to dry myself with a washcloth) 7. there are people that live full time on the property and they will harass you and cat call you and stare into your soul no matter what time of day it is 8. someone had dogs that loved to bark at night and people would walk by our window talking extremely loudly at all hours 9. parking was a nightmare, there was not nearly enough spots on the property 10. we were genuinely worried about our room being broken into because the locks were subpar and there was only 1 so we carried our valuables on our backs at all times 11. housekeeping only came after we left, didnt even ask if we wanted the room to be tidied up before then 12. was not given a do not disturb door tag 13. phone to front desk didnt work and was extremely dusty and dirty 14. only the bathroom light worked, every lamp and overhead light in the room did not turn on 14. many holes and lots damage to the room (the headboards were literally hot glued together) 15. pool was LIME GREEN and disgusting 16. shower drain smelled like actual poo 17. INTERNET DIDNT EVEN WORK 18. wasnt even given real hand soap (let alone complementary shampoo or conditioner), we were given 4 bars of facial soap to wash our hands with

Absolutely nothing!

The cockroaches were everywhere. The place was dirty and drug dealers were on every staircase.

Absolutely nothing. I was horrified. We travel a good bit and I'll tell u, I have NEVER EVER in my life seen such disgust in a hotel.

This place was so INFESTED with ROACHES! It for real was so horrifying. There were tons of baby roaches everywhere. They were crawling on the fridge.. on and out from under the microwave.. out from under the TV... Crawling right up the middle of the walls.. even found em crawling up the curtains
