Subject: Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Stay at West Ashley Inn Dear ashley inn , I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction following my recent stay at your establishment, the West Ashley Inn. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below acceptable standards of hygiene and quality that one would expect from a hotel. Upon arrival, we were met with a room in clearly unsanitary condition: The room had a strong, lingering smell of cigarette smoke, which was both unpleasant and disrespectful to non-smokers. We found cockroaches in the room, a clear sign of poor sanitary management. The bed sheets were stained, with some even having cigarette burn holes. A piece of chewing gum was stuck to the wall, and a beer can had been left in the toilet — clear evidence of negligent, if not nonexistent, cleaning. The pool was visibly dirty and appeared to be poorly maintained. Our room key card kept getting demagnetized, which caused constant inconvenience. Finally, although the room was booked for four people, we were only provided with two towels — which is simply unacceptable. It is inexcusable to offer this level of service, which damages both your hotel’s reputation and the overall experience of your guests. I am therefore requesting a commercial gesture that reflects the inconvenience we endured Such as a refund, and I expect a prompt and professional response from your team. This is the hotel where dreams go to die. Not the worst place we're stayed on tour.. but not a good place either. Rooms were dirty. Sheets stained.. and their posted price was way cheaper than what I paid on booking...don't bring your family here..I'll leave it at that.

Wasn’t really clean, you can hear everything, people screaming and running at 2 and 3 in the morning I have a 1 year old that kept waking up, not to mention had to switch rooms bc their appliances were taken and not replaced nor did we get supplied with shampoo.
