Great location
The air conditioner in room 401 did not work very well. We reported it to the front desk- it was never fixed over the course of the 4 night stay. I was told there were no other rooms.
NOTHING!
Represented as being close to the airport with a shuttle. It was a 50 minute ride to the airport in a taxi. The hotel is under construction and was not mentioned in the web site. Apparently, Holiday Inn is or has sold the property.

Pool and the casino right there
The pool was a little cold for an indoor pool and my room never cooled down with the air conditioner, so I was low on the hot side asleep

Very poor Internet connection in room. Average restaurant menu. The room was not in great condition - very stained carpet, old towels and sheets with pen marks on sheets otherwise clean. The rooms need updating / renovating, this is not a five star hotel as they claim.

Didn't have hot water, no food after 10 pm , no water in the room , the room phone wasn't working to call front desk , went for breakfast Noone offer Cafe, the lady was just standing and talking no costumer service, never ever
