The staff were kind

I didnt get the preferred room I paid for and wasnt allowed to eat in the preferred restaurant without having to see manager approval and confirmation I was a preferred guest there was no hot water at any point, room service breakfast was cold

The room smelled like mold, many things were broke in the room, the lights, phone, safe,

The staff was awesome and good and drinks were great. Eugenia in marketplace was awesome and the barista at the coffee shop was suier

Room 1230 could use some updating

The beach location is beautiful.

Overall cleanliness and many of the public restrooms were in disrepair. No hot water in the room. Was surprised because we had upgraded to preferred club, but the room was the worst we have had in our many travels to Mexico and the Caribbean.

The overwhelming reason for our numerous visits to Secrets Aura is the employees. They are the nicest, friendliest and helpful group of people working together to make your stay as great as possible.

We like the location by the beach and the people and the food we're great, it was not air conditioned and was too hot to enjoy sitting and eating for long. We found the partner resort Dreams had newer and better facilities, air conditioning for restaurants, this was nice although no adult only like Secrets resort.

Secrets needs a upgrade, looking very tired. The partner resorts that you can share were much newer with air-conditioned restaurants. Didn't like the lack of check in or out staff. 1 check in guy when he was there. More people selling the hotel stays than check in or out?

The location. Beautiful beach and water.

Rooms old. Was moved to a lower category room without the amenities I paid for. Paid for preferred SUPERIOR ocean view. Got preferred superior no view with leaking bathroom shower that flooded the unit. Was moved to preferred ocean view.

The property was clean and not far from San Miguel just a taxi ride away
