Very disappointed with the overall experience of this hotel. The room was nice and happy with it until the last night when a very large bug scared my wife at 5am. Great location to go to other restaurants and shops.

The staff was 90% rude!! The food at the Gilligans Shack was horrible as was the service and drinks. I refused to eat or order anything on the property. Front desk rude, concierge rude, towel hut rude. And hotel under construction so pools are reduced.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Cleanliness. Good pools. Nice beach. Excellent breakfast restaurant.

The "surprise" service charges of $81/night. Never mentioned anywhere until check-in. Very annoying Bingo every afternoon at the pool. Went on over PA for too long. We booked a cabana 2 months ahead only to find they had no record of it. Was rectified.

Great Beach at the best location in Palm Beach

The food in the Restaurants is not the quality you expect in Hilton, while most of the personnel is very friendly there were some people at reception and beach very rude or service not well organized
