Loved it
The distance to the strip
Front desk agent was very kind and helpful. The Laguna Pool in 6th floor was also very nice. I wasn’t bothered by cleaners in the morning also which was very good.
The room wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked it to be. The security agents were mildly annoying. No sense of humor, they were not friendly. There was one incident where I just left the elevator area but had to turn back upstairs to grab my valet ticket, and even though we made eye contact when I left the area, when I turned around in front of him to go back he still demanded for room key. I get he was just doing his job but he could’ve been nicer about it and used common sense, that if I just came from the elevators I clearly must have a room key.
Many options of restaurants and games
The main pool was close our entire stay.
Good facility, especially swimming pool area with live DJ and the drinks are in high standard.
Went to reception and ask for late check out with evening shift receptionist. He promised to leave the note with morning shift and would permit for late check out at 13:00 but need to call reception to confirm in the morning. Called reception at 9 o’clock, been told never find any note about late check out. If later than 12:00 need to pay 40 dollars per hour.
