Room and the fitness facility! Rooms were clean and spacious. Fitness facility had everything you need to have a great workout.

The breakfast was very sad and the portions were so tiny. If we did not have breakfast vouchers, we would never eat there.

Spacious room, clean, nice view, great location, good AC/heat. I appreciated the availability of yoga accessories in the room even though i didn't use them and don't do yoga. The pillows were too thick and stiff for my taste - i like when there's some more variety in the type of pillow in the room. I liked that the television swung out on its frame so it could be seen from the bed. I did wish there had been a sleep function on the TV, however. The staff was always helpful and friendly, and i was grateful to be able to check in early.

It seemed a tad expensive for what it was, really - i stayed there for the specific location on this trip but if i had been more flexible, i would've found a less expensive place. Other "dislikes" noted above within my other comments.

We spent the weekend at this hotel and were absolutely blown away. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect — they welcomed us with fresh juice and a warm smile. The young woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. The room was spotless, with a huge, ultra-comfy bed and a spacious shower with both a rain head and handheld option. One thing that really stood out to us was the focus on wellness and comfort: the hotel has a fantastic gym, and in the rooms there’s a mat, resistance bands, and a vertical bar for exercises — plus guided workout routines on the TV, which worked flawlessly. There are also shared spaces with things like a Ping Pong table, which we loved — that kind of setup is exactly what we look for when we’re in New York. It was a series of small, delightful surprises throughout the whole stay. We’d go back in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommended!
