Its in bad location. Room is small and not as list 366sq ft.

The room was a decent size for one person stay and had all the amenities needed. Even if it was facing on the road, it was actually quiet and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and accomodating since I arrived two hours before the check-in time but they had the room ready and allowed me to settle in early. Also, the day of my check out, they kindly stored the bags for me whilst I was doing the last bits of exploration of the city before catching my flight.

I could not understand how the lights worked because some time they would switch on and other time they didn't. Also, there was no hand soap in the bathroom so to wash my hands I had to get the shower gel from the shower, which is not very comfortable.

the foods are always with pork. Maybe there could be options for it or maybe buffet-style for breakfast

Our room was good, good bathroom & shower, the room was serviced daily, free WiFi in room, Netflix plus other TV options available. Fridge & coffee/tea making facilities in room. Location of hotel is good

Rubbish under the bed left by previous guests, would be a good idea to have a toilet brush in bathroom incase it is needed. The air conditioner extremely noisy made it hard to get to sleep it could maybe have a fan speed switch fitted so not so noisy. We did find the bed mattress a bit hard so a little uncomfortable

Room for improvement to have variety on different days, eg continental breakfast, cup noodles, congee, sandwiches, yogurt and fresh fruits etc.

Choices for breakfast, see above. To provide two chairs for two people not one chair for the couple. Exit ways stairways have lots of obstructions - clearly a fire risk.

The location was pretty good. The connectivity by public transport having a bus stop right in front was great. Loved the view as we got the 20th floor.

There wasn't any restaurant to order food, and the breakfast was just a packed meal. But the food was still good.
