The room isn't sound proof so we could hear other residents opening and closing their doors and talking at late hours

Price is under the budget Bed mattress is soft have slept well.

Sound insulation not good enough if someone talking outside.

Golden Tree Apartment in a nice, quiet, clean and modern location, distric 7, it names Phu My Hung. The Place is surrounded by an abundance of parklands and walking tracks including the River too, also to refesh air and reduce heat weather in vietnam . Here are many vietnamese, korean, Japanese & western restaurant and many nice & cozy coffee shops, bar & gorcery store near by, 2 central shoppings and banks to exchang money and 2 hospital too(Vivo & Crescent Mall, FV hospital) It's very convenient and safe to walk with everything with not busy traffic as likely small nice city as putrajaya city in Malaysia. When you visit vn you need Grab app and you can purchased mobifone sim at the airport next to Custom security or next to exit gate, costs 250,000vnd for call & 6GB with 30 days. It's cheaper then take taxi with normal time not peak time, it takes 20 min go to the central distric 1 ( New workd Saigon) from phu my hung distric 7 without traffic jam, (about 100,000vnd - 120,000 vnd.) You Also book grab cheaper from the airport to everywhere around hcm city when you arrived, about 123,000-130,000 vnd with 5 seats and 170,000 -190,000vnd with 7 seats, fr the airport to New world saigon Hotel.distric1. You must walk to opposite carpark to catch grab here, not allow to pick you up next to the exit gate because taxi station. I catched Taxi 400.000vnd fr airport to district 7with 7 seats, too expensive. With grab costs about 250,000vnd with 5 seats and about 320,000vnd with 7 seats. It also has the airport bus too but I did not use so No review. If you like to discovery new town not far fr hcm central, quiet to take a rest at night, safe to walk around, nice and everything near by and cheap than central you can book golden tree with enthusiatic & helpful and can speak English staff.
