Our room was spacious with kitchen. Clean nice rooms,

Big rooms, kitchen and within walking distance to Universal. Does have shuttle bus. Several restaurants within 5 min. Walk. Would stay here again. Good breakfast and nice pool.
Beds little stiff but not terrible. No pool towels had to get from front desk.
Proximity to Universal . The staff was very accommodating at checkin finding a first floor room for my elderly in-laws
Breakfast space got super busy and crowded but still managed to find seating
