Lot’s of little things broken throughout the room. Broken floor tiles, chipped sink, damaged glass art work, light with burnt out bulbs. Overall the room felt in need of repairs
I enjoyed everything about the property ! It also it is in excellent location!!
Loved everything about this hotel, lakefront so you have direct of the river walk and navy pier from every floor. Central location and walkable to everywhere.
The pool was small and indoors. Also no coffee maker or kettle in rooms. Basic amenities. Hotel is old and you can tell they remodeled.
Close to many of the attractions, didn't us any form of transportation even though I had rented a car, it just sat at the parking which cost me 84$ per night, so that was not the best decision on my part.
The rooms were not as clean as I was expecting for the price we have paid. The rooms were small for my family even when I purchased two rooms next to each other. The floor smelled like a dogs and there were dogs on the floor as the room closes to us had pet dog in it, my kids are allergic to dogs and they weren't happy through our stay.
Location, location, location! Amazing view from the 24th floor!
The service is not up to a W - breakfast was ok but expensive and service was really slow and you need to ask twice for things… They could do way better on facilities and amenities. The hotel is nice but that’s about it. Our room - a Fab Room lakefront view on the 24 floor - has a great view but you had all the noise from the elevators, even until late at night The room was comfortable for 4 but several basic things in any hotel of this type were missing: robes, a full stocked frigobar; a coffee machine and internet! Charging for internet in a hotel like this it’s a joke. Appreciated the Davine’s toiletries, though. The indoor poor is small and there is no policy on kids thus was terrible noisy…
