All inclusive breakfast, pool, view, staff went over and aboard in terms of service,

Beach & sea - beautiful Staff - very friendly & helpful Territory - spacious, clean, high end Food & drinks - good taste and quality. Also A La Carte restaurants were indeed great too Wi-Fi - worked well everywhere including beach Convenience store in the lobby - very comfortable to pick up everyday small items Entertainment for kids - a lot of fun Evening entertainment for seniors / families - very nice. Live music etc.

Entertainment for young & active - no disco. Only quieter more family style Rooms and many areas are not modern. Not necessarily a problem but it's seen Sea side view rooms - unlike a nice picture on the website, instead of seeing sea side and hotel area, you will see a huge construction site. Be careful when booking this category

The location is good for touring Rhodes

The rooms were comfortable and with a great view. The service was kind and very good Got a lot of gifts - drinks and food

One elevator didn't work at the side sea view building

the quality of alcohol is really bad. the first day I got sick after drinking only one drink. we were not all inclusive. they serve the same quality of alcohol also to people who do not have all inclusive. I paid 14 euros for an aperitif spritz that contained sparkling wine from Belgium of low quality which costs 4 euros a bottle in wine shop in Belgium. Honestly it was really bad I could not drink it. when I asked the manager if they had better quality for people who are not all inclusive he told me yes and that I can ask it at the bars. I had to go to three different bars ask for the better quality they told me that they dont have and they give the same that they give to all inclusive. the manager came to me to tell that it was his mistake and he thought that I ment the Aperol and not the wine and that they did not have better wine for the aperol. since I was sick the first day from the bad quality of gin tonic that I drank and the bad quality of aperol spritz and other drinks I had to spend most of my time outside the hotel in order to enjoy my days and dont get sick. although that I booked a 5 star hotel and I was expecting not to have to go to other places all the time but be able to enjoy in the hotel and rest which obvious was not the case Minor things: the double bed was short for a person 1.88 because they had a board and part of it was under the broad so we had to ask to pull more out than the bed the mattress and that how we slept all the days I had to call to reception for bringing new shampoo one day and conditioner next because they did not check and refill them there were long queues for breakfast I was informed about the application with activities only 2 days before I left

Family friendly with lots of swimming options - either the pools or beach

If you dont pay for all inclusive then the dining options are minimal and very expensive. If dining external then taxis are required
