Food was always good

Wifi went off and on all day long

The breakfast was ok for some part the bacon was a bit raw the restaurant was clean the property was clean for some part the from desk staff was very pleasant especially the two that were on duty when I check in

I didn't like the fact that I book a upstairs room with balcony but on arrival I was told that the room was out of service because of some problem, I was told that I was going to get a deluxe room for the same price because the one I book weren't available when it was time for me to check in I was told that I won't be getting that room anymore so the lady was searching for a room for me eventually I was give a cottage one in the middle the bed was small the ac turn directly towards our head there was no ventilation in the room and no privacy when I try to open the Door all the house keepers and the ground men were passing by all the time I turn the ac off and i feel I was suffocating in the room I told the receptionist she said it was too late to move me and she said she was going to move me the following day but she never checked back with my request I wanted a private balcony because I was studying for an exam but I was unable to study because I was in the middle everyone was passing all the time calling to me it was very distracting the bed was very small I hope it will be better next time but I really didn't enjoy my stay this time sorry.

Paying for a refrigerator per night is a lil ridiculous. No microwave or complementary coffee. We checked the mattress for bed bugs, no bugs thankfully but the mattress itself was verrryyy dirty. Please do better.

Location of Tobys is pretty nice and close to the airport. This small hotelresort carries already some 40 yrs of history and the original idea behind it still resonates on the grounds. My (second) poolside room was fine. Pool and garden were good. Staff was friendly.

After installing in my first appointed poolside room it turned out the ac didnt work properly. That was not convenient at all, since it was pretty hot in MoBay. So i had to change rooms. I was quickly appointed to a second room. This room was allright.

no hot water for2 days of the stay. Had to keep calling maintance to fix hot water. No microwave in room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was a very nice king bed sized room which the bathroom had very hot water a plus and it had a fridge and safe with ironing board and iron with great internet and a firestick. I loved all that except the way the floors was made. The floors was cracked and out dated which to me needs to be updated along with the bathroom. I did have a massage and noticed that the rooms were updated and newly bathrooms so next time I would ask for the newly rooms. It had 2 pools with a bar area at the bigger pool that stayed open at a decent time and opened early in the morning. The grounds were very pretty and the breakfast which I had American breakfast was very good and very low priced. I did not like the oxtails at all but I did like the vegetables so I made it work. The massage was very much needed in which she really worked out my muscles and only 90US which can get very pricy at times. the hotel is located at the tail end or beginning of the hip strip which is right near the free local beach as well as The popular Doctor's Cave. Everything was walking distance you needed even the airport was 24 minutes walk. The price was right and I actually will be going back soon.

The outdated floors and bathroom which took away from the rooms and made it feel crusty to walk on.
